Information and consent to the processing of personal data as provided by Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003.

The personal data requested may be indispensable for information and sale of tourist services by Ristorante Vini da Pinto, San Polo 367, Venice, Italy. The personal data provided will be processed anonymously for any statistical processing. The provision of personal data is necessary to allow Ristorante Vini da Pinto to carry out the activities specified above. In the event that such consent is not provided, it will not be possible for Ristorante Vini da Pinto to provide the services described above. The consent to the processing of personal data, requested through the Availability/Booking request form, authorizes Ristorante Vini da Pinto to process the Customer’s data also for any other initiative and service that requires the processing of personal data, for different purposes but in any case strictly connected to the reservation.

The Customer expressly declares that the data given in the form are true and correspond to the identity of the person making the reservation.

The Customer accepts the processing of sensitive data and the registration of these (in the database of Ristorante Vini da Pinto) in compliance with the principles established in this regard by Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 and subsequent amendments. The personal data provided and acquired are processed in manual and/or computerized form according to the criteria of lawfulness, correctness and in full protection of the rights of the Customer and its confidentiality. In compliance with the current legislation on the subject, Ristorante Vini da Pinto will record the personal data of the Customer in their archives. These data will be used by Ristorante Vini da Pinto solely for the purpose of communication relating to the reservation in question, the fulfillment of obligations under the laws, regulations and Community legislation. The Customer can access his personal data at any time, according to the procedures established by art. 10 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196. In particular:

Cancellation of personal data:
The personal data provided may be deleted at any time. This type of request involves the permanent removal from the system (database) of personal data, with the relative suspension of all activities related to them.

Change of personal data:
The personal data provided and/or the activated services can be changed at any time. This type of request involves the total or partial modification of personal data (e.g. correction of telephone numbers, replacement of the e-mail address) and/or services activated (e.g. activation of the newsletter) within the system (database). During the data collection phase, instructions are provided for the deletion and/or variation of data via the web or by post.
